Light that makes a home feel looked after

A well-lit home feels safer. Bright, even light along the roofline and over the garage and entry makes it easier to see your driveway, walkway and yard when you pull in, and gives a house a lived-in presence overnight. Permanent roofline lighting adds that layer without stakes, spotlights or a pile of separate fixtures.

The LEDs sit in a low-profile track color-matched to your home, positioned to wash light across the front of the house and the garage line. Set a bright white for visibility, or a gentler warm white for everyday ambiance, and change it any time from the app.

Smart schedules and geofencing

Security-minded lighting works best when it runs on its own. Recurring schedules and sunrise and sunset timers bring your lights on every evening automatically, and you can schedule changes ahead of time for trips. Geofencing lets the lights respond when you arrive or leave, so you come home to a lit driveway.

Away from home? The system is cloud based, so as long as your phone has service you can turn lights on, change the scene or check the schedule from anywhere. Voice control through Alexa, Google Assistant, Siri and Control4 handles everyday adjustments. A free app means no subscription to keep it all running.

Bright when you need it, beautiful when you do not

The same lights that make your property brighter at night also do everything else: holiday colors, team colors and a soft warm accent glow. You decide how bright and what color. Different zones allow different scenes, up to 8 per controller, so you can run a brighter scene on one part of the house while another section runs a quieter look.

Efficiency matters if lights stay on for hours. Each light draws under one watt, and a typical system of about 250 lights uses about as much power as five household bulbs. The system is built for year-round outdoor use in changing weather, and every component is UL rated. This is a lighting upgrade, not an alarm or monitoring service, so we encourage pairing it with the security measures you already trust.

Getting your plan

We start by walking through where you want more light: the garage, the entry, the sides of the house or the full roofline. We design the layout, quote it based on the roofline length and the layout of your home and install it in a single visit, which typically takes about 8 to 10 hours. Before we leave, we show you how to set schedules and scenes in the app.
